We want you to love your Demi Lovato Official Store gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition merchandise and tour exclusives may be marked as final sale.

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
